The identification basket was prepared with a 1.5g protein medium (ANA, anti-HIV DNA, anti-HCV, HBSAg). All ALB: 4.4, OR 11, Urea: 29, 03, 04 within normal ranges.
Gross Descriptor
The two swabs of brown-white tissue were received in two containers. One was prepared for summer microscopy, and the rest was prepared for sonographic microscopy and special stains.

The swabs consisted of fragments of renal medulla and cortex containing twenty-four glomeruli, ten of which were completely stained with glass. Three glomeruli showed segmental scarring with collapsed capillary loops and confluencies.
In a two-day capsule, the glomeruli showed dilatation of the glomerular epithelium with a synechogenic matrix. Trichrome stain showed interstitial fibrosis involving 40% of the renal span
The patient is PAS-positive and has mild hypercellularity. The interstitial tissue shows scattered inflammatory cells. The subendothelium is marked (obstruction of more than 50% of the cavities). Convy red stains the tubules, showing atrophied tubules with thick basement membranes and thin epithelium. The blood vessels are shown.

These are advanced chronic changes in this case, the cause of which is difficult to determine. However, there is marked subendothelial arterial scarring, suggesting hypertension. The signs are related to the clinical presentation
and the kidney size for the final diagnosis.

السلام عليكم
تحليل الأنسجة يشير إلى وجود نسبة تلف مزمن بأنسجة الكلي وبعض الشعيرات الدموية المغذية له، ومن المحتمل يكون ذلك بسبب ارتفاع ضغط الدم المزمن، كما إنه يوضح بعدم وجود مرض مناعي.
لذلك من الضروري التوجه إلى الطبيب المعالج؛ للتحكم في ضغط الدم بصورة أكبر، والمتابعة مع طبيب امراض الكلى حتى لا تتفاقم الحالة.
